Selleys Grey Flexiseal FC is a fast-curing polyurethane adhesive and sealant designed for both indoor and outdoor use. It effectively weatherproofs joints between brickwork, masonry, wood, concrete, and metal frames. This product is waterproof, highly flexible, and can be painted after curing, eliminating the need for a primer. It bonds well with a range of materials, including concrete, brick, masonry, ceramic tile, metals, softwood, hardwood, and some plastics. However, it is not suitable for permanent water immersion or below water line use. To enhance durability in outdoor applications, it is recommended to paint with a suitable exterior paint, as some colours may discolour with UV exposure.
