It is ideal for sealing joints in walls, patios, floors, fencing, and windows, as well as expansion joints in concrete. With a temperature resistance range from -40°C to +140°C and a movement capability of +/- 50%, it can withstand building movement. The product is non-corrosive and comes with a 25-year guarantee against cracking, crumbling, or peeling away. It is important to note that it should not be used on polyethylene, polypropylene, or Teflon, and pre-testing on plastics is recommended.
