Selleys 300ml Grey 630 Low Modulus Flexible Sealant is a low modulus, multipurpose elastic joint sealant that utilises advanced hybrid technology. It is engineered to provide excellent resistance against UV and weathering, with a joint movement capability of ±35%. This sealant adheres well to wet surfaces and most building materials without the need for a primer. It is a low VOC product, free from harmful solvents and isocyanates, and forms a strong, elastic waterproof seal that can be painted with water-based paints once cured.
