Cabot S 4l Gloss Oil Based Cabothane Clear Polyurethane Timber Varnish is a clear polyurethane designed for enhancing and protecting timber surfaces such as doors, windows, trim, and furniture.

This highly durable and hard-wearing varnish resists stains and scratches while enhancing the natural grain of timber. Ideal for both bare and previously coated timber, it allows for immediate application on new surfaces with the use of Cabot’s New Timber Prep, eliminating the need for lengthy weathering. For previously coated surfaces, thorough cleaning and sanding are required to ensure proper adhesion. The varnish can be applied using a brush or spray applicator, and it is recommended to lightly sand between coats for optimal results.
